a business building method

- This is the business method that we will be
discussing. This can also
be called multi-level-marketing, but Network
marketing is more explanatory.
IMPORTANT -
Network marketing should not be confused with methods 1 & 2 above.
Another method of marketing that could be included
is Mail Order, but this is often an extension
of Retailing or Direct sales.
A term, sometimes confused with multi-level-marketing is
'Pyramid Selling', but 'Pyramid selling' is totally
illegal.
The term 'pyramid selling' came about because of the high number of
people being sold thousands of dollars of stock in
water filters, cosmetic cases, etc, on the promise
that they could make extraordinary profits by
selling to friends and neighbours.
What happened next was that thousand of people ended up with their garages full of stock they couldn't sell
- 99% of people are NOT salesman!
The result was that governments worldwide banned
the 'pyramid selling' method of selling to private individuals, and
introduced a very low monetary value of stock
that anyone could purchase.

understand that Network Marketing is a METHOD of
business building, and is not to be confused with
Retailing and Direct Sales.
