     A common mistake I see people make when they are getting started is that they get caught up in thinking they have to refer dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of people to make any real money. ..

     Network Marketing, like any business is not easy, but it is simple, you just need to do these 3 things, and NOTE...selling is NOT one of them

     Everybody in Network Marketing who is making $100,000 or $200,000 per year or more, IS DOING these three things.

     The FIRST THING you have to do is GET STARTED. You're not going anywhere until you first get started. We'll show you Where and How later in the Program Intro.

     The SECOND THING is to set up a monthly subscription.

     The THIRD THING is to invite 2 - 5 people to partner with you by inviting them to go through this simple training with you, and then do to exactly as you did by doing The FIRST THING above. It's a simple 1,2,3.

     Remember you must communicate with your team, both upline and downline.

 
Earn as You Learn

     Building a business is like learning to drive, some information you can get from reading about 'learning how to drive', but the only way you will actually learn how to drive is to get behind the wheel, and then with constant practice and tuition from a qualified coach, you will learn how to drive properly and safely.

     Even after you've passed your 'driving test' you will still continue learning to drive competently, and you'll continue learning everyday as situations arise that you've never experienced before, or as new methods of traffic control are introduced, or new laws govern what you can and cannot do.

     Building your business, like learning to drive, will always be a constant and exciting endeavour. Like life, it will have its ups and downs, but it will always reward you in proportion to the effort you put into it.

     And your reward is that you'll be earning an income as you're learning.

   To recap -

     A common mistake I see people make when they are getting started is that they get caught up in thinking they have to refer dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of people to make any real money.

     This is positively not the case, most people earning in excess of $100,000 or more have only introduced a few people into their business, their success came from helping their team members succeed, and that is the only way to stop people quitting, and to reap the rewards of a large Networking business generating a Residual Income

     To understand this strategy it is very important that you don't skip the recommended Tutorials in the main directory. But in case you have, here it is in a nutshell, just keep repeating this 'secret' formula.

     The 'secret' to building a successful MLM networking business is in helping your downline to build at least 3 deep (Reference: The 45 second presentation that will change your life by Don Failla. Get info by clicking the link in the Site Directory).

     It doesn't matter what the pay-plan is, you must help your downline partners build down so that people don't quit, which is what will happen if they're not earning enough money.

     The first illustration to the right outlines this simple concept; You teach David how to teach Sarah to sponsor Betty.

      To be fair, it's recommended that you only help people who help themselves, you are not in business to build someone else's business for them!

In Conclusion

     You have seen that Network Marketing is not based on 'Selling', although some of your income will undoubtedly come from people who join simply because they need the products or services.

     People join with you because you have offered to help them achieve more freedom and a better quality of life, and because they join, you'll automatically gain a freedom and a better quality of life for yourself and your family.

     You learned the powerful affects of Exponential Growth, and how that enables you to grow an organization of 100's or 1,000's from a small team of 5 - 10 serious people.

     Above all, you learned the simple method of The Power of 1 so that your organization will grow without the need for your constant support.
